Overview
Built as a speculative office building, this mid-rise structure encompasses 265,000 square feet of space on nine floors, plus a penthouse. The steel skeleton is cloaked in a granite façade and set on concrete slab floors. A glass curtainwall spans the front of the building, and inside the main entrance is a four-story atrium. The project also includes an adjacent four-level parking garage for 850 vehicles.
