Overview
Designed for future vertical and horizontal expansion, this 2-story, 11,000 square foot, steel-framed outpatient medical office building provides clinical consultation rooms, rehabilitation workout space, and a therapeutic pool for physical and occupational therapy patients. Externally, a long-span canopy on the southwest side of the building marks the entrance. Careful coordination was needed among team members to connect the new and existing structures via an underground tunnel. The project was completed on a fast-track, 5-month schedule during the winter months.
