Overview
Bell Mar is a mixed-use suburban development with 54,000 square feet of retail and office space incorporated in three linked buildings. An upscale style sets the tone for the two-story office building, which contributes 18,000 square feet, and the retail component comprising two one-story buildings with 36,000 square feet of space for shops and restaurants. All three buildings are constructed using load-bearing masonry, structural steel members, and structural steel joists.
