Overview
This five-story, 95,400 square foot multi-family residential building consists of 50 units with one level of below grade parking and space for retail at the ground level. Construction materials include precast concrete framing at levels 1 and 2 with three levels of wood framing above and concrete slab on grade at the parking level. Foundation walls are cast-in-place concrete. Irregularly placed units within the space on each floor and angled outdoor decks contribute to the unconventional design of the building.
