Overview
Central Station is a mixed-use development located next to the Central and Van Buren transit station in downtown Phoenix. The total project size is approximately 1,100,000 square feet and primarily consists of a 400+ feet tall combined apartment/hotel tower and a 200+ feet tall student apartment tower. Other elements of the project are office and retail spaces with below grade parking. Floor plates on both towers consist of post-tensioned flat slabs and reinforced concrete shearwall lateral systems.
