Overview
Edina Park Plaza at Edinborough Park is a 20-story senior residential facility constructed entirely of post-tensioned, cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Attached to the residential tower is a 50,000 square foot enclosed park, framed in structural steel, which includes amphitheater, pool, running track, and ice rink. Parking is provided on the three lowest levels of the tower for 350 passenger vehicles.
