Overview
Phoenix on the River is a new 17-story residential highrise built on the bank of the Mississippi River. Underneath the 275,000 square foot building are three levels of parking for 275 passenger vehicles. Other features include a two-story lobby and rooftop terrace. The building is constructed entirely of cast-in-place concrete with structural slabs reinforced with post-tensioning tendons.
