A huge milestone was reached at our Central Station high-rise project in downtown Phoenix! The 32-story, 374 ft tall East Tower was “topped out” at a recent ceremony, complete with the ceremonial beam signing. The MBJ design team, including Ryan Hopeman, Kurt Kindermann, Chad Sippel, and Victoria Flys, were in attendance. Thanks to City of Phoenix, Layton Construction and Multistudio for an excellent project that will set a new standard for living in downtown Phoenix, provide additional housing to students at ASU’s downtown campus, and have a huge impact on the Phoenix transit system once complete.
