We are excited to announce Ryan Hopeman as MBJ’s new Operations Director! Ryan brings his hard-working, results-focused approach and wealth of structural experience to this new role. Working with MBJ’s broader leadership team, Ryan will advance technical and quality control efforts while also providing leadership in the areas of recruiting, technology, and professional licensure. Ryan will continue in his role as a Project Principal spearheading large and complex projects and will also continue to lead our firmwide volunteer efforts to help shape the communities where we practice. Ryan’s skills contribute to the whole of MBJ and have an impact on all of our partners.
