Ryan Hopeman, PE, SE

Principal, Operations Director

With over 18 years of experience, Ryan leads some of MBJ’s largest and most complex projects as Principal in Charge and Structural Engineer of Record. As co-leader of MBJ’s multi-family housing practice, he brings expertise in high-rise structures including post-tensioned concrete towers and full-block developments with multiple structural systems and adjacencies. Ryan also serves as MBJ’s Operations Director, leveraging his technical and management expertise to advance quality control initiatives, as well as recruiting, technology, and professional licensure efforts within the firm.
