Jessica leads with authenticity and collaboration, directing MBJ’s BIM team and guiding engineering standards while delivering impactful structural solutions, notably in multi-family housing and aviation. Lindsey brings thoughtful leadership and a passion for mentorship and sustainability to her roles leading MBJ’s Early Career Coaching Program, co-leading the Sustainability Knowledge Community, and guiding projects focusing in community, education, and the arts.
