We are excited to share that our Mayo Clinic East Expansion project has won the distinguished honor of Best Healthcare Project by ENR Southwest! This Integrated Project Delivery project involved the whole team participating in a Big Room environment collaborating on multiple innovations to create more value for the owner. This truly is a team success with our collaborators Shepley Bulfinch, McCarthy, and AEI. MBJ led the team in a Lean Process for the steel procurement resulting in over $1 million saved in the cost of the structural steel for the project.
