We are pleased to announce the promotion of Lee Fritz to Principal at MBJ. As Co-Leader of our Chicago Office, Lee has successfully grown our office since its launch in January 2022, expanding project initiatives and building a dynamic team in the process. As a leader within our government and healthcare sectors, Lee connects on collaborative project work with staff across all seven MBJ offices. He actively participates in elevating firmwide quality initiatives including standards and design charrettes, as well as performing engineering peer reviews. Lee takes particular pride in working with the growing Chicago office team, organizing events and meetings to foster collaboration and unity.
