Lindsey excels in technical leadership and mentorship, leading our Early Career Coaching Program, Mass Timber Knowledge Community, and co-leading the Sustainability Knowledge Community. Meghan, with expertise in aviation and residential sectors, is a leader in MBJ’s Community Engagement initiatives, Engineering Peer Review Program, and entry-level recruitment. Krystal, MBJ’s Accounting Manager, leads the support of critical project and financial information and aids in executive financial planning and tax strategy. Gary, MBJ’s Marketing Director, collaborates with leadership on market research, marketing materials, and strategies to expand MBJ’s services.
