In his role as Managing Director, Jason leads strategic development and performance objectives across all seven regional offices of MBJ, fostering a culture of continual learning and service. A champion of MBJ’s specialty practices, he applies his specialized knowledge of systems integration and progressive project delivery to create dynamic team frameworks that produce evidenced-based results. Jason’s primary goal in every project is to fully support the architectural vision through efficient structural design, while adhering to budget, schedule, and constructability standards.
