Kathleen brings over twenty years of executive level experience in financial and operational leadership within both domestic and international firms. In her role as Managing Director, Kathleen spearheads the development and implementation of our firmwide operational systems and tools, leveraging our multi-office environment. She leads MBJ’s financial and information technology strategies while also overseeing leadership development initiatives and continuous improvement programs. Her expertise lies in analyzing an organization’s critical business requirements, identifying deficiencies and potential opportunities, and creating innovative and efficient solutions to elevate competitiveness, drive revenue growth, and enhance delivery on client commitments.
