Two Manhattan West, the last skyscraper in the Manhattan West master plan in Midtown West, is a 935-feet tall commercial tower featuring two million square feet of office space. The project is directly south of the 996-foot tall One Manhattan West and further transforms an underutilized space above active rail lines into a vibrant seven-million-square-foot mixed-use development. The tower is targeting LEED Gold designation.

OUR SOLUTIONS

MBJ provided steel connection design for this 58-story office tower in the heart of Manhattan. Clad in high-performance glass, 48,000 tons of steel were utilized in the steel columns, beams, bracing and trusses. MBJ provided proactive coordination with the fabricator and erector client, Walters Group, resulting in very economical and smooth erection of this significant structure.
