CentraCare Rehabilitation Center consolidates the adult rehab program, cardiac rehab program and pediatric rehab program all into one location to improve efficiencies in space and staffing. Designed for future vertical and horizontal expansion, this two-story, 11,000-square-foot, steel-framed outpatient medical office building provides clinical consultation rooms, rehabilitation workout space, and a therapeutic pool for physical and occupational therapy patients. Externally, a long-span canopy on the southwest side of the building marks the entrance.

OUR SOLUTIONS

The project was completed on a fast-track, five-month schedule during the winter months. Careful coordination was needed among team members to connect the new and existing structures via an underground tunnel.
