OUR SOLUTIONS

MBJ utilized an innovative vertical wood truss system to limit the structural steel and provide efficient support for upper balconies. A five-story, 277-stall precast parking garage is wrapped by the residential wood structure to maximize exterior living units and conceal parking. The residential complex sits adjacent to a retail center that was also completely renovated to appeal to popular retailers and provide easy access to residents for daily shopping and fitness.
