OUR SOLUTIONS

Structural systems include masonry bearing walls and interior structural steel framing. The roof areas are framed with steel roof deck over steel joists and wide flange steel beam girders. The second floor framing of Buildings B, C, & D is composed of concrete over steel deck, supported by steel joists and wide flange steel beam girders. All steel columns consist of rectangular and square hollow structural sections. Foundations are conventional spread footings below steel columns and continuous footings below masonry walls bearing on compacted engineered fill. In order to mitigate cracking at exposed polished ground concrete floor systems, our team provided additional coordination with slab on grade and the 2nd floor system.
